The company was established on March 11, 1970, at Park North Road, Tainan City, Taiwan, with a registered capital of NT$1,000,000, to manufacture electric fan motors, components and assemblies, as well as motorcycle switch parts.
In 1976, we moved from the original 330-square-meter plant in Tainan to the current 1,980-square-meter plant in Yongkang City to expand production and manufacture motorcycle switch parts for Taiwan’s first locally assembled motorcycles, as one of the New San Tong’s third-party factories. In 1983, we increased our capital to NT$5,000,000 and changed our name to Kt-Motor Co., Ltd.
